Job Description

Contract Type : W2 only, no vendor or agency candidates.
THIS POSITION PROVIDES SUPPORT OFF HOURS (Midnight to Noon) INCLUDING WEEKENDS. 3 Days ON, 4 Days off (36 hrs workweek) following 4 Days ON, 3 days OFF (48 hrs workweek).
Required :
Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent with 4
years of industry experience in related area.
Expert in the implementation of Information Security devices (firewalls, VPNs, IDS and scanners).
Detailed knowledge of Netscreen Firewalls and VPN appliances, Checkpoint/SRX/Palo alto Firewalls, Sourcefire IDS, Nessus scanner and Qualys scanner.
Advanced knowledge of network technologies including routing, switching, load-balancing, and QoS.
Strong experience with TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP Hands-on experience with WAN network topologies and hardware Knowledge of caching technology, RADIUS and TACACS useful.
Knowledge of Network Management tools such as Cisco Works, MRTG, and Network Analyzers Candidate must have experience with identifying application layer security issues and performing assessments.
