Partner with and coach managers on a range of people and organizational issues
Build and administer training & development and performance management programs
Collaborate with the rest of the Quora HR team on company-wide HR programs and processes including onboarding, immigration, compensation & benefits

Requirements
Extensive HR experience, preferably at a fast-growing technology company
Experience with performance management systems
Working knowledge of basic employment regulations and best practices
Experience and a passion for working with managers on employee development and performance management
Confidence analyzing and presenting HR-related data
Scrappiness, creativity, and a high level of personal integrity
