Position Description
The Customer Satisfaction Intern reports to the Sr. Manager of Customer Satisfaction. This position requires the Customer Satisfaction Intern to solve problems for those who depend on our solution.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
Work with the Support Team to interact with Sales and Engineering to drive customer issues to resolution.
Work with the Support Team to coordinate customer service activities for key channel partners.
Work on assigned customer support projects and tasks.
Preferred Technical Skills
Windows/Linux/Unix system administration skills
Fundamental networking knowledge
Experience with MS Exchange
Knowledge of VSS and Active Directory
Windows command line administration
Basic SQL Administration
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Learns new things quickly - willing to research and ask questions freely to ensure understanding
Driven to learn and willing to go the extra mile as part of our team
Ability to isolate the source of reported customer issues, and hand off cases after completing basic checks
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload when given direction
