Position Description
The Customer Satisfaction Intern reports to the Sr. Manager of Customer Satisfaction. This position requires the Customer Satisfaction Intern to solve problems for those who depend on our solution.
Position Duties & Responsibilities
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Work with the Support Team to interact with Sales and Engineering to drive customer issues to resolution.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Work with the Support Team to coordinate customer service activities for key channel partners.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Work on assigned customer support projects and tasks.
Preferred Technical Skills
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Windows/Linux/Unix system administration skills
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Fundamental networking knowledge
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Experience with MS Exchange
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Knowledge of VSS and Active Directory
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Windows command line administration
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Basic SQL Administration
Soft Skills
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Learns new things quickly - willing to research and ask questions freely to ensure understanding

ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to isolate the source of reported customer issues, and hand off cases after completing basic checks

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
