POSITION AVAILABLE: Client Solutions Associate
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Economics, or Finance plus two years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Analyst
DESCRIPTION: Assist with the proper implementation of Addepars wealth management software platform, in accordance with specific needs of the client. Work closely with both clients and Addepars internal product and engineering teams, acting as a conduit for communicating information about the product and its strategic application. Specifically, work with clients on devising strategies on how best to use Addepar in addressing their broader financial goals, and help support the onboarding and training process. Utilize technical expertise to assist in the data migration process from the clients previous system onto Addepar. Communicate technical issues and objectives to clients, and conversely, work with Client Solutions Managers to communicate specific financial goals to software developers. Troubleshoot software performance and customer deployment issues. Lend expertise and knowledgeable support to similar corporate clients. Outline ways in which engineers and software developers can customize and improve current processes and tools to further the broader goals of the company. Work with the Client Solutions team to ensure that engineers are providing clients with extremely functional, intuitive software that meets or exceeds expectations.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Knowledge of Java and C+
or related language
Expertise in security structuring, pricing, and valuation
Understanding of the principles of trading and capital markets
Experience building and maintaining complex Excel models
Experience with large scale data analysis
Proficiency with 3rd party enterprise-level data analysis tools
