Provide technical details during creation of new products to portray feature needs to engineering and/or other departments. Design and bring to market revenue generating, customer-driven software products. Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights. Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations. Lead, create and launch market-leading product offerings in partnership with sales, marketing, engineering, user experience and support. Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release Research, summarize, and prioritize customer business requirements. Work closely with developers and QA to ensure the product you intended to have built actually gets built. Be the product champion and expert point of contact for implementation consultants, support desk, documentation, sales support, marketing, and product strategy. Present product requirements and features to external audiences. Review, comment, follow-up, and target bug and enhancement requests. Work effectively within and across teams to get things accomplished. Multiple positions, various types/levels. Requirements - Position requires Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related or product management-related occupation.
