A healthcare/biotech research company has a need for a Director of UX with 5-8 years of product and interactive experience. A passion for health & healthcare preferred.


Must have design leadership experience across the entire product lifecycle managing multiple concurrent projects and multiple designers.
This person would help build functional product experience and play a major part in creating a design-centered culture. The ideal candidate would be passionate about creating user experiences that are intuitive and highly functional. You see the bigger picture, but also believe that great design comes down to details.

You would concept and manage through execution, sketches to full high-fidelity designs, across UX, visual design and interaction. You're a leader that loves working within a team, collaborating with other designers across product, engineering and research.

You will collaborate with the product team to develop product research, strategy and roadmaps. Lead the development of UX, interaction and visual design for the company's product. Build, manage and develop a small team of Designers, set clear goals, manage project loads, allocated designers and ensure high-quality deliverables.

This is an on-site full-time role and will start ASAP if you are the right person.
