Field Application Engineer

Function as part of sales team in pre-sales stages; promote CEVA products; present technical merits; identify customers needs & match CEVAs right technology/solution to their needs; provide internal coordination of technical pre-sales activities and technical evaluations of CEVA IP; provide demonstrations & deliver deep technical training to customers about CEVA DSP cores architectures; support existing customers at post-sale stages to integrate CEVAs IP; train, consult, and liaise with R&D Teams; work with audio data compression voice algorithms and codecs/standards: ITU-T: G.711, G.723.1, G.729, G.726, G.722, G.168, MP3, IEEE; design of embedded DSP/CPU software & development with C/C++ , Assembler, low-level DSP drivers, modules development to full platform solutions; help & support local sales team in penetrating new accounts by identifying potential clients; build & develop relationships with existing & potential customers technical teams & technical management staff; generate new customer leads by utilizing existing or new networking connections; explain difficult & complex concepts in clear & simple language to clients; compile key inputs from the field & effectively communicate inputs to marketing team for successful next-generation CEVA products; teach customer different stages of CEVA solutions; help customers to evaluate, design and optimize audio/voice/communication algorithms: VoIP, GSM, ITU-T,CDMA; prepare CEVA IP delivery for customers; help customers to design and develop embedded DSP/CPU software; diagnose and debug intricate & complex problems that clients are experiencing with CEVA products; study & gain expertise on new products quickly to transfer such information to both internal & external customers; identify problems, isolate issues, & interact with other engineers to find solutions; analyze and articulate problems that cannot be solved using traditional troubleshooting data and processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years progressive embedded processor voice algorithm experience in job offered or a related Engineering occupation.
Experience to include working with audio/voice/communication algorithms: VoIP, GSM, ITU-T,CDMA and codecs/standards: ITU-T, G.711, G.723.1, G.729, G.726, G.722, G.168, and MP3; and design of embedded DSP/CPU software & development with C/C++ , Assembler, low-level DSP drivers, modules development to full platform.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
