Paul Martin's American Grill, a new Paul Fleming concept in Mountain View is now hiring for the following positions:
Servers Bartenders Cocktails Servers Bussers Food Runners Line cooks Prep cooks Dish Area Operators
We are looking for detail-oriented team members with friendly sophistication, efficiency and expertise in upscale casual or fine dining environment. If you seek a growing restaurant concept with a passion for quality, fresh ingredients and delicious wines and cocktails to complement the menu, Paul Martin's American Grill is the place for you.
Ideal candidates are able contribute to a positive dining experience and bring expertise in classic American cuisine and attention-to-detail in their craft. Qualified candidates will have a minimum one year experience in high-volume, upscale casual; will employ impeccable service standards, grooming, keen attention to detail and can multi-task with a genuine smile.
Requirements:
- Must be old enough to serve alcohol, 21 years or older.
- Current CA food handlers card- Minimum one year working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Friendly, outgoing, energetic team member that believes in helping others and has a positive attitude
- Flexible work schedule including lunches, evenings and weekends- Must be able to meet training schedule timeline
