Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in a strategy or advisory role working with executives, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
3 years of experience in a communications role (e.
g.
, executive communications, public relations, etc.
).
Experience writing for and working with C-suite executives, Executive Vice Presidents (VPs), or other executive leaders.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience building and executing new programs and managing them to scale.
Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion while meeting project deadlines with effective attention to detail.
Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
Excellent storytelling and written/verbal communication skills.
Excellent project management skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000

Responsibilities Develop, write and edit communications for executives, including emails, talking points, and internal presentation decks, coordinating with stakeholders across different areas of the business and company.
Manage and consult on internal communications aspects of wider project plans to ensure internal audiences receive clear communications during times of uncertainty and change.
Define project goals, develop comprehensive cross-functional plans, track progress and report on status, risks and remediation plans to stakeholders.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Planning, Operations, and Regional business teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Act as a strategic partner to Devices and Services leadership providing insightful guidance and direction.
Identify potential roadblocks and risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure business success.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
