We are a Paxlovid-dispensing test-to-treat site and gave over 1,000 COVID vaccines and 900 influenza vaccines in the last year.
Spacious office in upscale building with a glass roof and fountain and tree next to our front door.
Busy office requires performing patient care tasks, entering data rapidly and accurately in Epic, with at least one year of recent in-depth Epic experience.
Staff must contribute to an enjoyable patient experience and team cooperation, multitask and take initiative in problem solving.
Requirements:
Job Summary Assist physician by providing care for patients with Family Healthcare issues in the outpatient clinic setting General Accountabilities Assess, plan, and provide patient care under the supervision of the physician Examine patient, perform comprehensive physical examinations Develop and implement treatment plan, including the furnishing of medication Review and compile patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination Orders appropriate laboratory and imaging tests, therapeutic and screening procedures necessary for diagnosis Reviews laboratory reports for patients and preforms follow ups as appropriate Provides patient education and counsel related to health maintenance, disease prevention, treatment instructions, and psychological needs Evaluates and initiates appropriate approach for emergencies, notifying the supervising physician as soon as possible Collaborates and consults with the supervising physician regarding patient diagnosis and treatments Comply with BASS & Full Care Medical policies, procedures and supervisor physician protocol MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) Must have demonstrated effective skills in consultation.
