The Manager will be responsible for setting goals, developing plans, and ensuring that all team members are working together to achieve the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Establish and implement departmental goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Provide guidance and direction to staff members.
Manage financial resources within the department.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
