We are looking for a committed front office personnel who has excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of experience with front office duties or the willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Great communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and staff Has information about the dental procedures to be able to answer any questions that patients may have Verify patients insurance information and be able to provide the patients with information about their benefits, coverages and co-pays Schedule appointments and be able to work on the schedule and fill-in cancellations Organize supporting materials for claims forms and electronically submit claims.
Follow up with insurance companies to ensure that claims are paid on time.
Knowledge of Dentrix and computer is a must SALARY:
To be decided based on the individual applicant depending on skill set and experience.
