Position Summary This position will be responsible for the preparation of financial analysis. The individual will prepare recurring monthly reporting and support various finance projects and analyses. The projects include, but are not limited to, compilation and reporting of the annual budget and profitability studies for various business segments. Section 2:
Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills and demonstrated confidence in explaining, defending and or challenging analytical findings. Well-developed interpersonal and team building skills. Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills. Ability to learn quickly to understand key business unit drivers and business models. Partner with operational experts and build relationships within the business. Coordinate and execute analyses with cross-functional teams; create solutions, provide answers and think outside the box. Business maturity and presence to effectively interact with senior management. Execute annual planning and budgeting:
prepare critical analyses of financial projections and performance for ongoing business decisions. Create presentations to senior management to aid financial transparency. Ability to create financial models, conduct scenario analysis, understand and assess options. Demonstrated ability to lead project/work activities, drive process change & efficiencies, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment. Gain exposure to the company's most pressing challenges and strategic priorities, with an opportunity to drive outcomes through data-driven analysis. Supervision N/A Section 3:
Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or advanced degree a plus. 5
years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis. Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills. Experience with Cognos TM1 or other ERPs a plus. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Detail oriented with strong technical writing, communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively with senior professionals across multiple business disciplines. Ability to work independently and exercise mature judgment. Good working knowledge of accounting and finance theories, practices, and regulations. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
