Systems Administration Senior Manager

We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Senior Manager to join our team in Mountain View, California (US-CA), United States (US). Day to Day Job Duties:
Provides support in an effort to maintain project goals and meet required project deadlines Maintains detailed knowledge of project needs, logistics and communication to assist the project team in overall success Tracks and coordinate project and program activities, logistical needs and process development Act as a subject matter expert for systems administration and information security direction, training and guidance Manages, mentors and develops less experienced Systems Administration leaders Keep databases current for all project control/applicable business activities Develops and reviews staffing models to ensure optimum use of resources for projects and steady state support of clients Create, manage and maintain required and requested reports Defines and coordinates continuous improvement initiatives within Systems Administration Support meetings and reviews including preparation of schedules, agendas, and charts, and recording minutes Identify, review and recommend information security improvements as they relate to the achievement of the customer's business goals and objectives Participate in internal and external audits for the customer and coordinate systems information and information security services activities Participate and represent System administration and IT Security in Delivery/Operational meetings Drive remediation efforts related to systems administration and information security Candidates for this position will be required to adhere to NTT DATA's and its clients' COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a similar role may be substituted in place of degree 8-10 years of experience in project business support and/or program control including use of business support software such as spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and database packages 6
years' experience in Information Security; leading information security Authorization and assessment process for moderate organizations including conducting document reviews and interviews against compliance requirements and best-practices, developing recommendations for remediating risk and compliance gaps, writing deliverable reports and maintaining report templates 1-3 years of managerial/leadership experience Preferred
Qualifications:

Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
