Responsible for helping shape the company's employee experience strategy and philosophy. Partnering with leaders across the company, this role will develop and define our employee journey from candidate to post PCTY, grounded in moments that matter and guided by our values to drive an employee experience roadmap that builds a more inclusive culture and increases employee engagement and growth. The Sr. Manager will manage practices to deeply understand and listen to employees and use the insights to raise awareness of employee experience trends to consult and inform decisions and implementation of programs to enhance the Employee Experience.
Responsibilities:
Implement and execute a multi-year employee experience strategy leveraging learnings and insights inside and outside the organization. Designing end -to-end employee experience programs:
refine and iterate existing and scope net-new employee experience programs, taking full ownership of complex projects with multiple tracks of work, based on the employee experience strategy, current business needs and industry research. Lead execution for employee experience programs including recognition, all-company celebrations, anniversaries, and function specific ongoing initiatives Create clear program project plans and influence stakeholder relationships, driving alignment and buy-in Identify, measure, and report on appropriate impact metrics; identify key insights to inform future actions and decision making. Focus on influencing and partnership with HR business partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders through end to end process Use external research and current trends/best practices to drive employee experience, and engagement. Amplify and manage the employer value proposition in partnership with key stakeholder groups. Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure success on key culture, employee experience, and engagement initiatives Required Experience :
7
years of experience with HR and project management, specifically driving complex projects Ability to build strong- cross-functional relationships to drive alignment Experience in program design, including communications preferred Excellent written communication skills, ability to adapt communication style and approach Experience in developing in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences Passion for new tools and technologies to enable employee experience Experience at an organization during a hyper-growth phase is preferred Our journey forward. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $92,020 - $132,593 /year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position offers a comprehensive variable compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
